We'll meet for a quick call (usually under 30 minutes) where we:
- Break the ice and introduce ourselves
- Discuss your goals and how I can support you
- Coordinate logistics like time zones, meeting frequency, and communication methods
I am currently the Chief Operating Officer at Carro, responsible for driving the "People, Process, Technology" transformation within Carro and ensuring operational excellence as the company continues to grow. Before Carro, I have more than 10 years of experience in the Internet and e-payments industry, with previous roles at global companies like PayPal and Ant Group (Alipay). During my time at Ant Group, I led product teams and projects with Paytm and Touch N Go, working with companies big and small, from China, US, India and emerging markets like Malaysia and South Africa. I also had my own startup, raised funding from investors like SingTel and ran it for 5 years before I exited.
