4 hour package - 1hr per week 1 month program with

If you are proactively looking for next job, and normal mentorship once a month meeting is too slow for you. This the right program for you.

You can define your own program. For example, 4 times mock interview, deep dive in career choices, or I can design a program for you.
(Example)
- Wk 1-- Resume & Linkined review feedback, define couple career goals
- Wk 2-- Resume & Linkined review again, apply job tips, resume questions
- Wk 3-- Interview prep, your strength & weakness
- Wk 4-- Mock interview, how to choose a right offer

This program you will get 240mins meeting time. Once a week, 60mins a time, and unlimited message. You can postpone or reschedule, but total 4 hour meeting must be complete in 2 calendar months.

2) Interview Q&A (1hr)
Don't know how to prep interview or failed a lot don't know why?
[Basic] I'll go through some basic guidance and prep tips.
[Discuss] We can discuss how to answer some difficult questions and define an answering strategy for you.
[Script] IF you have a script, I can review and leave feedback to your answer. Provide answer direction/suggestions based on your experience.

3) Mock Interview (1hr)
5 mins- Warm up, goal setting
25 mins- Mock Interview
20 mins- Feedback and suggestions
10 mins- Q&A

4) Program Manager Guidance (4hr)
If you need help on leading your day to day project, need a senior program manager to support you. Use me as your next seat co-worker and ask me anything.
