There’s a saying in the email community, “you don’t choose email, email chooses you.”

For me it happened back in 2017, when the lady who ran a networking group I was part of asked me to take over her Mailchimp newsletter. She knew I worked in marketing and so thought I was the obvious choice. I tried to protest that I didn’t have any email experience, but she persuaded me into giving it a go.

I had great fun designing and writing those emails. I wanted to learn more and do more. So I started reading email marketing blogs, following email experts on social media and attending webinars. It's safe to say it spiralled!

In 2020, I completed all the necessary certifications in Mailchimp's Partner Academy to become a Pro Partner.

I remain one of only a handful of Mailchimp Pro Partners in the UK.

Today, I'm not just keeping up with industry trends but setting the pace. Going beyond the fundamentals, I've completed esteemed courses such as Samar Owais’ eCommerce Email Bootcamp and Copyhackers 10x Emails.

My expertise has garnered recognition in the media, with contributions to articles in Red Magazine and Brand You Magazine. I was also honored to be interviewed by Jake Humphrey for the Three Minute Masters Podcast in collaboration with The High Performance Podcast.
