My journey...
I currently work at Starling Bank, which has been an exciting and fulfilling challenge, because I'm learning Java on the job alongside developing my frontend expertise. Previously, I worked at an EdTech start-up for three years after graduating from a bootcamp in 2021. It's a huge honour to be living proof that taking an unconventional path into tech can change your life, and I love to share my experiences to inspire others!
As a career-switcher, I'm deeply committed to making the industry a more diverse and inclusive space. In my spare time, I concentrate my efforts on helping more people from underrepresented groups to enter the tech world by paying my own experiences forward.
