The experience of Demian is something that is immediately noticeable. He understands the why's and when's of software design and infrastructure in general, which is greatly appreciated, as it's easy to get lost in so many patterns, technologies, and tools. But so far, Demian has demonstrated to me that the most important thing is to know the basics and the high-level aspects of things, in which I feel he has mastery and confidence when speaking, while also showing enough humility to list the areas in which he doesn't consider himself an expert or doesn't know as much. I am very happy to have the opportunity to interact with someone like him, and I totally recommend him.
