Agency Reset — Full-Day Strategic Deep-Dive in Portugal with Harry

Spend a full day working privately with me at my villa in the mountains of São Brás de Alportel, Portugal. We'll focus fully on your agency’s growth strategy, operations, leadership, and next moves.

PLEASE NOTE: The Agency Reset is aimed for mentees I have already worked with. If we don't know each other yet, I recommend you book me for a single Power Hour first to ensure we are a good fit.

The full package includes:
- 60-minute Google Meet planning call before your trip (to strategise, set goals, and confirm timing)
- Pickup from your hotel in the morning
- Private 1:1 strategy work (10:00 AM – 12:30 PM)
- Lunch at the villa with local Portuguese food (12:30 PM – 1:30 PM)
- Second working session (1:30 PM – 3:00 PM)
- Refreshments and snacks available throughout the day
- Relaxing break with access to the pool if you want to cool down
- Drop-off back at your hotel after the daytime session
- Dinner together at a top local restaurant (7:00 PM onwards) — food, drinks, and return taxi/Uber to your hotel are all included
- Four weekly 60-minute follow-up calls via Google Meet after your day

The fee for this full programme covers one participant and excludes travel and accommodation. Additional participants can attend for an extra fee.

This is best suited to agency founders in the $100k–$750k revenue range, but ambitious early-stage founders and larger agencies are welcome if the fit is right.
The focus is sharp, practical advice — not theory or fluff.

I recommend staying in Loulé, Almancil, Villamora or Faro for easy access.
