You’ll work with an experienced mentor to explore where AI can be most useful for you, how to use the right tools with more intention, and how to avoid common mistakes or shallow workflows. Together, you can review use cases, refine prompting, build better habits, and think through how AI can support research, writing, analysis, communication, coding, or decision-making in your specific context. The goal is to leave with clearer use cases, stronger workflows, and more confidence in applying AI to real work.

AAs an Engineering Leader with 13+ years of experience building high-scale distributed systems at MAANG and big tech companies, I focus on the practical, no-nonsense application of AI in software engineering. I have hands-on experience evaluating LLM architectures and integrating AI tools to accelerate the development lifecycle. In this 60-minute session, we will skip the generic AI hype and focus entirely on your day-to-day engineering workflow. We will identify high-value use cases—such as rapid prototyping, code refactoring, system design iteration, and test generation—and refine your prompting strategies. My goal is to help you build leverage and speed using AI, while maintaining strict quality control and aggressive code simplification.

I typically conduct these sessions on weekday morning and evenings and even on weekends , plus I am highly flexible and happy to coordinate a time that works across different time zones.
