As a former CEO, COO, and Chief People Officer, I understand the pressure of building something from zero. Through my firm, Advise Me, I’ve supported 40+ startups across pre-seed to Series A with everything from people operations and leadership development to org design, fundraising support, and operational scale.

My background blends behavioral science (Ph.D. in Business Leadership, psychology and education roots) with real operator experience meaning I don’t just give advice, I help founders make clear, practical decisions in messy moments.
