I coach experienced professionals, founders, and leaders who want to make a meaningful change in how they work, lead, or make decisions.

I spent six years at Google and two at Amazon, including leading a 100-person organisation, and have also worked as a CPO, consultant, advisor, and coach to startups and large companies. I’m ICF-accredited and bring both professional coaching and first-hand experience of senior leadership, product, strategy, and organisational change.

A 30-minute session works best when you have one specific issue you want to focus on. We’ll get clear on what’s actually going on, challenge assumptions where useful, and work towards a decision, shift in perspective, or practical next step.
