You’ll work with an experienced mentor to review your resume line by line, improve how you present your impact, and identify what may be weakening your application. The goal is to leave with a resume that feels more focused, more credible, and more likely to get attention from recruiters and hiring managers.
Your mentor
I’ve reviewed well over 1,000 CVs, interviewed hundreds of candidates, and hired around 40–50 people over the course of my career.
I spent six years at Google and two at Amazon, including leading a 100-person organisation, and have worked across product, strategy, transformation, and leadership roles.
