Career and Job Search Sparring Partner Package with Yashih

Job searching and career changes can be really hard.

Sometimes you just need a partner to guide you, hold you accountable when things are hard, challenge you to be your best, give you fresh perspectives and also cheer you on.

As your sparring partner, here's the one-month package (extendable beyond as well)
1) Initial 60 min mtg to get to know you, how you work, what you've done so far, and a quick view of your resume, and set up an accountability plan and timelines
2) Set up daily 10 minute syncs to review what you've done the day prior and what you plan to do today (on days where longer check-ins are not scheduled). - can be switched to a 2nd longer touch point instead of multiple daily check points in a single week.
3) Set up a 30 minute longer check in at the end of the 2 weeks and 4 weeks mark
4) Available to chat via chat or email in between mtgs for quick response items.

The goal is to support and empower you in your job search process.
