Emma is an attentive, inquisitive, and thoughtful mentor. She tailors her extensive knowledge to your particular needs, and really spends time getting to know you, your way of working, and your goals. I was pivoting into UX from a cross-sectional discipline without any real experience, and instead of automatically labeling me as a beginner, she met me where I was at and helped me utilize and showcase my past experiences without having to start from scratch. With great prompts and exercises, Emma is also action-oriented, which helped me tremendously when staying on track with my to-do's, and her practical tips and advice have already helped me grow in so many ways.
