Sometimes, a strategy is needed to accomplish a future career change, or simply to get further in your current position. Should you go back to school? Look for a new job? Learn a new set of skills by yourself? Become a freelancer?

One of our mentors could be the outside view you need. They understand the challenges that come with a career change, and are happy to help you come up with a solid strategy on how to reach your goals.

Week 1: Get Clarity on My Goals
I’ll define where I want to go in my career as a founder/operator and map the gap between today and my long-term vision.

Week 2: Audit My Skills
I’ll discover my strengths and weaknesses (product, sales, leadership, etc.) and build a roadmap for the skills I need next.

Week 3: Position Myself in the Market
I’ll learn how to present myself credibly to investors, partners, and communities — and start building a stronger network.

Week 4: Level Up as a Founder
I’ll work on GTM strategy and leadership skills like hiring, delegating, and scaling a team.

Week 5: Find My Growth Levers
I’ll identify the areas of leverage (capital, talent, partnerships) and set up habits that compound over time.

Week 6: Plan My Next Career Milestone
I’ll design a clear path forward — whether it’s fundraising, scaling my startup, or stepping into a thought leadership role.
