Excited to chat about career strategy! I've been a hiring manager for over 10 years and have mentored folks both within my company and externally—across different roles and experience levels. A lot of the people I’ve worked with have gone on to land bigger roles, switch into new domains, or just get more clarity on what they actually want. I’ve helped people think through growth paths, play to their strengths, and get better at telling their story—whether it’s for promotions, switching teams, or preparing for a job search. I try to keep it super practical and grounded in what actually works in fast-paced tech environments.
