I’ve spent 15+ years in tech across product, data, and leadership roles at Facebook, Netflix, Wayfair, and Chartmetric. I’ve switched careers, moved countries, done an MBA, and led teams through change and uncertainty. I work best with mid-career professionals feeling stuck, those moving into product from other fields, ICs becoming managers, and folks navigating big org vs startup life.
