In this 45-minute session, we will:

• Review your resume and current career assets (certifications, education, and experience) to assess where you are today.
• Evaluate your short- and long-term goals and the types of roles or industries you're targeting.
• Unpack how your current mix of credentials aligns (or doesn’t) with where you want to go and how to bridge the gap.
• Discuss areas of improvement or repositioning, whether it’s gaining experience, shifting industries, or earning high-impact certifications.
• Build a tactical career roadmap, outlining:
o Where you are now
o Your near-term goal (6–18 months)
o Your longer-term aspiration (2–5 years)
o 1–2 key milestones or “pivot points” to hit along the way
