Hi! I’m a Principal Applied Scientist with 9.5+ years of experience across Amazon, Microsoft, Cisco, and Oracle. Over the years, I’ve guided professionals through career transitions (e.g., SDE → ML Engineer), promotions into senior roles, and industry pivots such as moving into AI/ML from software or research backgrounds.

I’ve successfully mentored 85+ professionals, many of whom landed jobs in FAANG, startups, and research labs. My experience as both a team leader and hiring manager gives me a unique view of what it really takes to grow, get promoted, or successfully transition in today’s tech market.

In this 45-minute session, I’ll help you:

Clarify your career goals

Identify the gaps you need to bridge (skills, experience, visibility)

Build a step-by-step strategy to achieve your goal (career switch, freelance journey, or promotion path)

Outline a timeline with milestones and resources

I usually conduct these sessions on weekday evenings (US ET) and weekends, but I adjust to accommodate different time zones.
