I’m a former CEO and senior executive with 20+ years’ experience navigating complex career decisions across global technology, SaaS, AI, IoT, and satellite businesses. I’ve built teams, reshaped my own career multiple times, advised senior leaders through transitions, and operated at board level in listed and venture-backed organisations.
This session is for people who don’t just want their next role, but want a clear career strategy—whether that’s progressing to senior leadership, pivoting sectors, returning after disruption, or deciding what not to do next.
We’ll work through your experience, strengths, constraints, and market realities to design a deliberate, credible path forward. That may include role targeting, positioning, timing, risk trade-offs, and how to build momentum rather than stall.
I’m particularly well-suited to supporting mid–senior professionals, leaders, and executives who feel stuck, under-leveraged, or at a crossroads. Sessions are structured, candid, and focused on decisions that actually move the needle.
