Career growth rarely happens by accident. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you build a clearer roadmap for where you want to go next and how to get there. Whether you are aiming for a promotion, preparing for a bigger role, or feeling stuck in your current position, this session helps you turn broad ambition into a practical career strategy.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to define your next step, identify the skills and signals that matter, and create a plan for making progress inside your current company or beyond it. Together, you can assess your strengths, spot gaps, map out promotion criteria, and think through how to build visibility, ownership, and momentum over time. The goal is to leave with more clarity, better direction, and a concrete plan to move your career forward with intention.

Currently, I conduct interviews and review resumes of candidates that applied for robotics-related jobs at our current company.
In addition, I successfully helped and guided candidates to get a job in various companies, such as Amazon, General Dynamics, Leidos, etc.

How do we run the session?
1. After booking this session, we schedule a time using Calendly.

2. We run the 1-on-1 session via Zoom or Google Hangout (depends on your preference). The whole session will be divided into 3 sections. First 5 minutes of the session, we discuss your career goal (and potential positions that you are targeting). Then, I make a detailed plan with a set of advice on how to pursue each step of the plan. Finally, we wrapped up the session and summarize the items that have been discussed, and I send a copy of the plan.
