You’ll work with an experienced mentor to define your next step, identify the skills and signals that matter, and create a plan for making progress inside your current company or beyond it. Together, you can assess your strengths, spot gaps, map out promotion criteria, and think through how to build visibility, ownership, and momentum over time. The goal is to leave with more clarity, better direction, and a concrete plan to move your career forward with intention.

I knew from an early age, I wanted to be a designer. I started my career at the as an individual designer at the Golden State Warriors, worked at countless startups, IBM, consulted at Paypal and Wells Fargo before rising the ranks and lead a wonderful design team at Walt Disney Studios and Salesforce.
