Embarking on a job search with limited experience in the process, despite four years as a product manager, I sought mentorship from multiple mentors on this platform. My goal was to navigate the job market effectively. Avinash stood out to me, as he not only possessed a profound passion for coaching but also genuinely cared about ensuring my effectiveness and success. Also, he also has an ability to instill confidence. And so, I felt supported and confident in my abilities - something to look for in any coach. Amazing clarity and articulation. Secured a $25K PM summer internship with a Big Tech Company. I was interviewing for summer internships in the U.S. for a Product Manangement/Marketing role as an MBA student and I was instantly clicked with Avinash after our first call.
