About this Session
During this session, we will focus on a specific challenge you're facing at work or in your private life.
I will help you explore the situation from different angles and interpret it based on your values. Together, we will think of possible outcomes, understand their impact, and brainstorm a plan of action.
There is no set agenda, however, we usually spend the first 30-45 minutes defining the challenge, the next 30 minutes brainstorming outcomes, and the last 30 minutes evaluating outcomes and setting a plan of action.

Hi! I'm Sara, from Switzerland 👋
I'm an ICF member (International Coaching Federation), ACC Certified Coach, and Top Mentor. I led HR and operations in 3 scaling businesses before stepping into mentoring, coaching, and consulting. I now advise startups, coach founders on hiring and scaling a business, and mentor professionals on career growth. I work with VCs, unicorn companies, and independent bootstrapped businesses.
My approach is pragmatic, holistic, and no fluff. I focus on how to make a significant impact quickly, make meaningful choices aligned with your long-term goals, and develop a healthy and sustainable high-growth mindset. I believe that there are no tricks to building a meaningful career, only a deeper level of knowledge of the business, the role, and yourself.
Thanks to my experience in startups' operations, I worked with professionals at all seniority levels, with tech and business backgrounds. My mentees now are professionals and founders with 5-20 years of experience looking for growth, purpose, and direction.
