Throughout my career, I have led teams of software and data science professionals and have been actively involved in hiring and mentoring processes. I have reviewed countless resumes, conducted numerous interviews, and have a deep understanding of what top technology companies look for in candidates. My background includes roles at major companies like Amazon, where I worked on core personalization teams and developed scalable solutions for customer problems.

Additionally, I am an active mentor at the Polsky Center at the University of Chicago and SINE at IIT Bombay, where I guide startups and professionals on career development, including resume building.
