I had an amazing experience with Mohamed. His deep knowledge and clear guidance greatly impacted my journey.

I had a new job for a tech lead position and therefore the biggest challenge for me with all the new responsibilities, was the gray area which is "You don't know that you don't know", I needed to seek help and guidance, and Mohamed experience over 20 years on the top companies in the world he is the perfect mentor to reach for such challenges. Mohammed is a great mentor he has a lot of different experiences, he teaches how to do self-reflection for all the challenges, highlighting the blind spots that you don't see, to enhance the mindset not just give you a solution he teaches how to think like him which will lead for a better results. As for the impact for myself in the first month of the job i was lost, and after getting mentored by Mohammed i start to see my blind spots and enhanced the team performance got rid of a lot of obstacles such as long meetings that waste the team effort and a lot more which enhanced my performance and I do highlight recommend him.

I had the privilege of working with Moshrif for a career strategy session, and his insights are exceptional. With his background across multiple FAANG and similar companies, from developer roles to senior staff engineering management, Moshrif’s depth of experience is immense. His approach isn’t magic, but with structure and direction, success becomes much more attainable. In our session, Moshrif asked thoughtful questions to understand my background and goals. This made me feel heard and allowed me to provide a clear picture of where I stand. His ability to listen attentively and only interject with purpose created a collaborative tone. One of his most valuable insights was a shift in perspective—seeing system design as akin to assembling Lego pieces, not an overwhelming deep dive into technologies. He also offered specific, actionable advice on developing senior-level skills, including becoming a force multiplier, using the Eisenhower Matrix, and delegating work effectively. His suggestions were practical and tailored to my career trajectory. Additionally, Moshrif suggested a mock interview to conduct a gap analysis, which I plan to do through his mentorship package. I would, however, recommend that Moshrif consider offering a career strategy + mock interview package to enhance his personalized career planning. Overall, Moshrif is not just a career coach—he’s a mentor who combines technical expertise with thoughtful strategies. If you’re looking to elevate your career, gain actionable insights, and navigate senior-level engineering roles, I highly recommend working with him.

Mohamad is a friendly great engineer with extensive experience, he is also a great listener and analyzer. Mohamad highlighted an important aspect for my current career challenge I have never seen, he gave great tips for leadership & mentoring juniors and how to be more valuable as senior software engineer for any company. I hope I will get more tips and clues to be more successful in my career during this mentorship journey :)
