This MentorCruise session is designed to help you strengthen your resume so it tells a clearer, sharper story about your experience and potential. Whether you are applying for your next role, changing industries, or trying to stand out in a competitive market, this session helps you turn a decent resume into a stronger one.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to review your resume line by line, improve how you present your impact, and identify what may be weakening your application. Together, you can refine bullet points, clarify your positioning, tighten structure, and make sure your resume matches the kind of roles you want. The goal is to leave with a resume that feels more focused, more credible, and more likely to get attention from recruiters and hiring managers.

As a leader with over 18 years of experience in the tech industry, including my time at Amazon, Intel, and other tech companies, I’ve had extensive involvement in hiring, reviewing CVs, and building high-performing teams. I’ve personally reviewed hundreds of CVs and conducted countless interviews across different levels, from entry-level engineers to senior leaders. This has given me deep insights into what top companies are looking for in candidates and how to position yourself for success.

I’m qualified to offer this session because I’ve been on both sides of the table—building teams and managing career paths. I’ve mentored engineers and leaders on everything from crafting the perfect CV and LinkedIn profile to acing interviews and thriving in leadership roles.

I usually run the session 5 mins read to the resume (or you can send a public linkedin profile as well before the session through the booking page), and discuss the feedback for 20 mins and conclude any actions you need to take the last 5 mins.
