This MentorCruise session is designed to help you strengthen your resume so it tells a clearer, sharper story about your experience and potential. Whether you are applying for your next role, changing industries, or trying to stand out in a competitive market, this session helps you turn a decent resume into a stronger one.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to review your resume line by line, improve how you present your impact, and identify what may be weakening your application. Together, you can refine bullet points, clarify your positioning, tighten structure, and make sure your resume matches the kind of roles you want. The goal is to leave with a resume that feels more focused, more credible, and more likely to get attention from recruiters and hiring managers.

Have had almost a decade of experience in the industry and academia reviewing and interviewing for technical roles in the industry. In the industry, I have been a hiring manager, technical interview panels and resume screenings for individual technical contributor as well as technical leadership roles. In academia, I have also been on admissions committee at the University of Maryland, College Park for Computer Science which is one of the most reputed research programs for Computer Science and AI globally.

Therefore, I believe I can add value by providing insights from the other side of the table on reviewing your profile whether it be your resume or your LinkedIn profile (mostly relevant for professional outreach and appeal) and prepare you for what comes next.
