Having a good resume on hand when going on the job hunt is crucial, and will make your search a lot easier. Even if you're not looking for a new position right now, having an up-to-date CV that sells your experience to future potential employers is always good to have.

In this session, a mentor with hiring experience will go over your CV and give you actionable points on how to improve it. You will be able to follow along and make these changes right away, hopefully leaving you with a top-notch CV at the end of the sessions.

Happy to help with resume feedback! I've been a hiring manager for over 10 years and still actively interview candidates. In my last couple of startups, I also set up the full interview process—including how we screen resumes. My focus tends to be on the behavioral and team-fit side of things, which is a big part of what gets surfaced during resume reviews too. I’ll be looking for clarity in your experience, signs of ownership, impact, and how you communicate your work. In fast-moving teams, strong collaboration and decision-making often matter as much as technical skills—so your resume should reflect that as well.
