This MentorCruise session is designed to help you strengthen your resume so it tells a clearer, sharper story about your experience and potential. Whether you are applying for your next role, changing industries, or trying to stand out in a competitive market, this session helps you turn a decent resume into a stronger one.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to review your resume line by line, improve how you present your impact, and identify what may be weakening your application. Together, you can refine bullet points, clarify your positioning, tighten structure, and make sure your resume matches the kind of roles you want. The goal is to leave with a resume that feels more focused, more credible, and more likely to get attention from recruiters and hiring managers.

Before signing up for Mentorcruise, I'd already been publicly involved with the testing community and provided mentorship and guidance on topics ranging from software testing to career progression and change.
