In this session, a mentor with hiring experience will go over your CV and give you actionable points on how to improve it. You will be able to follow along and make these changes right away, hopefully leaving you with a top-notch CV at the end of the sessions.

I’m a senior executive and former CEO with 20+ years’ experience hiring, leading, and promoting talent across global technology, SaaS, AI, IoT, and satellite businesses. I’ve reviewed thousands of CVs as a hiring manager, built leadership teams from scratch, and sat on AIM-listed boards where clarity, credibility, and commercial impact matter.
In this session, I’ll give you direct, practical feedback on how your CV lands with real hiring managers—what’s working, what’s holding it back, and how to position your experience for the roles you actually want.
My focus is on outcomes, narrative, and seniority signalling: translating what you’ve done into language that resonates with decision-makers, recruiters, and investors. I’m particularly well-suited to supporting senior ICs, managers, and executives in tech-led, product, commercial, and transformation roles.
Sessions are typically conducted remotely and are candid, structured, and action-oriented. Expect clarity, and direct feedback with a human empathetic touch.
