Your resume often decides whether you get the interview or get overlooked. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you strengthen your resume so it tells a clearer, sharper story about your experience and potential. Whether you are applying for your next role, changing industries, or trying to stand out in a competitive market, this session helps you turn a decent resume into a stronger one.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to review your resume line by line, improve how you present your impact, and identify what may be weakening your application. Together, you can refine bullet points, clarify your positioning, tighten structure, and make sure your resume matches the kind of roles you want. The goal is to leave with a resume that feels more focused, more credible, and more likely to get attention from recruiters and hiring managers.

Why can you count on me?
Currently, I conduct interviews and review resumes of candidates that applied for robotics-related jobs at our current company.
In addition, I successfully helped and guided candidates to get a job in various companies, such as Amazon, General Dynamics, Leidos, etc.

How do we run the session?
1. After booking this session, we schedule a time using Calendly.

2. We run the 1-on-1 session via Zoom or Google Hangout (depends on your preference). The whole session will be divided into 3 sections. First 5 minutes of the session, we discuss the position or job market that you are targeting. Then, I review your resume or CV and make written comments on its PDF version. Finally, we wrapped up the session and summarize the items that have been discussed, and I send a copy of the resume that I added comments on.  
3. After the whole 30-min session, if you prefer, I give a short summary of how I can guide you through the whole job interview (screening, technical and onsite).
