To maximise value when you book the session we will first scope out the key challenges and goals. What you have tried previously and any data/ screen recordings you would like to share.

Then I will conduct the audit and present back recommendations on the call.

The recommendations are broad in nature, alongside the usual 'quick wins' I will present larger projects and tasks like updating a pricing strategy, optimising the traffic coming to the website, adding more content to target a new audience or better serve a current one.

Sessions happen over video call. Your mentor shares the meeting link ahead of time, so all you need is a quiet spot and a stable connection.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, up to 24 hours before the session. Message your mentor and find a new time that works for both of you.

What if my mentor doesn't show up?
