I am a fully certified CTI (Coaching Training Institute) professional executive and leadership coach. I offer coaching services on a flexible basis i.e. an individual session as required 'commitment-free' or on an ongoing regular basis. I have a wealth of experience at a senior leadership (Board) level and have experience of coaching staff at all tiers of the organisation whether that be developing the requisite steps to a Board level appointment or providing excellent help and insight to those already at Board level, who are looking for a safe, confidential and competant space, in which to bounce ideas and to discuss the challenges they are facing.
