Roman is a seasoned leader and coach having worked in executive roles at Google, DeepMind, McKinsey, and others. Most recently he was Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at atai Life Sciences where he led its growth from a small startup to a major player in mental health & biotech including expanding the team from under 10 to over 100 employees, raising over $100m in private capital and taking the company public in a $250m IPO on Nadaq.

As executive coach and advisor Roman works with the founders and decision makers of both small and large companies across different industries, including technology, healthcare and more. Roman previously trained as facilitator for Google's 'Search Inside Yourself' (SIY) program, has coached teams in the Conscious Leadership Group (CLG) framework and is a graduate of the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). He focuses on empowering executive leaders and teams to unlock their full potential, increase their performance and achieve sustainable fulfillment and success.
