I am a Manager of Data Science and Python/SQL instructor with 11+ years of experience in big data consulting and managing advanced analytics data products in Fortune 100 companies in the financial, consumer packaged goods, and integrated logistics industries.
In my most recent role leading the Pick-up & Delivery Program Data Science strategy at FedEx Ground, I led cross-functional teams deploying 11 data products that improved the customer experience and detected fraud using machine learning, near-real time alerting systems and computer vision.
