This one hour consultation will focus more deeply on a specific problem or challenge you're facing. Typically these sessions will focus on designing core operational processes, hiring strategy, or SaaS-related performance improvement. I'll draw on my experience founding and leading two companies, and in particular my experience building repeatable and scalable operational processes and high performance teams.
