Building Europe's most active founder/operator community of angel investors - Ventures Together invests in 2x VC-backed deals per week.

Also, I'm an AI adoption bull - it's gonna be much more than a paradigm shift in how we build and scale companies! In my free time I build - from vibe coding to custom AI-first full dev workflows, tool building, content/courses and some fun embedded-intelligence side projects too.

Previously:

Building and running a climatetech startup focused on climate science and carbon removal, having built a cross-functional, remote-first team to develop and grow the product, proposition and brand.

- Ran $mm full funnel marketing and growth budgets with strong metrics across all channels
- Built and grew multiple tech products in various sectors and geographies

~10 years in startups/scale-ups (B2C/B2B), ~10 years in larger orgs (B2B/Enterprise/Consulting); while also investing at early stage for ~7 years. Mentoring/coaching for about 8 years so far from Founders, founding teams as well as operational unit leaders across specialisms.

From a leadership/strategic perspective I highly value transparency, open mindedness, autonomy and clarity. Cultivating the right attitude, as well as a focus on resiliency and continued learning, are key to managing uncertainty in fast paced environments

From a marketing/growth standpoint I lean towards funnel funnel leveraging the AARRR framework combined with experimentation + data.

From a product angle I'm all about validated learning loops, iteration and user experience. Most recently kind of obsessed with how much quicker we can build leveraging AI tools

As an ops/people person I'm all about creating the environment for sustainable high performing/trust cultures.

I've worn many hats across Leadership, Strategy, Marketing/Growth, Product and Ops. Comfortable both at early and later stages.

I really enjoy helping people find healthy work patterns and supporting them to do their best work in whatever environment or sector they're in.
