I hold an MSc. in Telecommunications from Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio in Madrid and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York. I have over 20 years of experience, having played key roles at Amazon and Strategy&, PwC's strategy consulting arm. During my tenure with Strategy&, I interviewed over 100 candidates for roles ranging from junior to senior levels, refining my ability to spot and cultivate strategic talent. My role at Amazon has further seen myself becoming a bar raiser interviewer, where I have screened countless resumes, conducted over 200 interviews and been formal mentor of more than 10 individuals.
