Interview Preparation with Paarmita

Hey, happy to see you here! The goal of this call is to prepare you for real-life interview scenarios by simulating the interview process and providing constructive feedback. This will help you build confidence and improve your performance in actual job interviews. I have been applying & hiring for many positions and have a good idea of what companies are looking for in the interviews, and would love to share them with you.

Here’s what we’ll cover during our session:

- Introduction: Brief overview of the session and a quick introduction to each other.
- Mock Interview: Conduct a simulated interview tailored to the specific role and industry you’re targeting. Questions will be based on common interview formats and may include behavioral, technical, and situational questions.
- Feedback and Analysis: Detailed feedback on your responses, body language, and overall presentation. We will discuss your strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Q&A: Opportunity for you to ask questions about interview strategies, handling difficult questions, and any other concerns you may have.
- Next Steps: Guidance on how to implement the feedback, improve your interview skills, and additional resources to help you prepare for future interviews.
