Some big interviews coming up? In this 1-hour session, a mentor with hiring experience will act as a technical interviewer and ask you some standard hiring questions that you might hear in one of your future interview too, and will evaluate your replies.

As a result of this, you should receive actionable feedback on what to improve about your knowledge, interview presence and other things that may be relevant to a future hiring decision.

With over a decade across startups, agencies, and consulting, I’ve interviewed and mentored designers and product folks at different levels. In this session, we’ll run a realistic mock interview for the type of role you’re targeting (junior, mid, senior, or lead), covering both your experience and how you talk through your work.

I’ll share candid feedback on your answers, story structure, and presence, then outline concrete improvements so you can show up with more clarity and confidence in real interviews.
