Some big interviews coming up? In this 1-hour session, a mentor with hiring experience will act as a technical interviewer and ask you some standard hiring questions that you might hear in one of your future interview too, and will evaluate your replies.
As a result of this, you should receive actionable feedback on what to improve about your knowledge, interview presence and other things that may be relevant to a future hiring decision.
As a CTO for last 10+ years I did a lot of technical interviews for backend, frontend developers on different level as well as for system administrators and devops. I build successfully several development teams (one from the scratch).
My main expertise in PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL,, MongoDB, OOP, software architecture, scalability, availability. My current team is Java (Spring framework) and I do technical interviews for Java developers as well.
Usually I do 2-3 interviews: introduction and soft skills, then hard skills (e.g. used technology and general required skills), then last would be with offer negotiation. Sometimes before offer interview I do additionally coding interview (in case if I'm not sure about hard skills).
