As a result of this, you should receive actionable feedback on what to improve about your knowledge, interview presence and other things that may be relevant to a future hiring decision.

I've conducted over 200 interviews across Design, Product Management, and Engineering roles. In my last role, I was the hiring manager for the design team. I hired 5 designers.

I'm typically available after 3 pm PST, Wednesdays & Fridays.

Mary was a wonderful mentor. She listened to me and crafted a plan for our meetings that was tailored to what I was trying to accomplish. She was insightful and encouraging. Even after we stopped meeting she would reach out to check-in and see how things were going. She did not try to force her own agenda, but listened to what I wanted to accomplish and added her own helpful tips and suggestions. She was also appropriately candid with her feedback which I found very helpful.
