Interview Preparation with Ian

I have 18 years experience working across a range of marketing functions in the fast moving and highly competitive online sports betting and gaming sector. I left my last position in order to found my own sports tech start-up business. Since becoming a founder, I realised the importance of having a good mentor to help guide me and provide advice based on their previous experience. I would love to give back and help other people who might be starting out on their marketing career or have a key marketing related business challenge that they would like help with. I have a huge amount of experience and I would like to share this with people who can benefit.

In my last job, I was responsible for a marketing team of 26 people. I have a lot experience of the recruitment process, both reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
