Interview Preparation with Mariela

I recently got a job as product owner in acompany and I don't have much experience. Mariela has helped me a lot growing as a PO. Her approach consists on listening carefully to my doubt and guide me to the solutions by asking me the right questions without giving the solution straight forward. I find this very helpful since I still need to be active and reflective during the 1-on-1 meeting. She responds quickly to the emails, I live in Asia and she is based in Europe and I receive an answer usually within 12 hours. I also apreciate a lot that she takes notes during the meeting session and she send me a very extensive email after the meeting, those emails are very useful. I strongly suggest working with her.
