Mariela is a very professional and has a lot of experience in PM and scrum framework. Her approach consists of having a conversation about experience, what happened during work and share doubts and she gives advice based on her personal experience. She doesn't teach, she is properly mentoring, which I like it and I was looking for it. If you are a newbie PM/PO and need to have someone to boost your confidence at work, Mariela is a great choice.
