Hi Future You! I’m Atiyeh, a software engineer at LinkedIn, and I’m passionate about helping people from non-traditional backgrounds grow into their next chapter in tech. My own path into the industry wasn’t straightforward, so I understand the uncertainty, self-doubt, and lack of clarity that often come with making a transition or leveling up. That experience is exactly why I mentor.

In my role at LinkedIn, I work on real-world, enterprise-scale engineering problems, which allows me to guide mentees from an industry-first perspective, focusing not just on theory, but on what actually matters once you’re doing the job. My mentorship is practical and tailored: we build clear learning plans based on your background, goals, and timeline, with regular check-ins to track progress, unblock challenges, and adjust direction as needed.
