Venky is a great mentor. Technically very sound and gives candid feedback on your profile. We worked together on how to revamp my resume and projects description. He specified my opportunity areas and the skills that I need to work on. He also guided well on which companies to target if looking to switch jobs and how to target them. I would have liked a few mock interviews/ structured sessions. Hope to work again with him in near future.
