In the short time that I have been working with Hema I have greatly appreciated her guidance. From the first session Hema clearly set out a process that is used for her mentorship and has lived up to everything. Quickly diving into technical and system design concepts and highlighting gaps in knowledge to focus on, as well as diving into behavioural interview processes within the first month.
