About this Session

In a casual, informal introductory call, a mentor will introduce themselves, show you around the platform, explain how our mentorships work, and explain how they would set up a mentorship with you.
This session is perfect if you're looking for a long-term mentor, but you're just not sure how this can work – or if you already set eyes on a specific mentor, and want to get to know them beforehand.

As a hiring manager and senior product designer with over 20 years of experience, I've interviewed, hired, and mentored designers at all levels. I understand what hiring managers look for and can help you navigate job applications, portfolios, and career growth. These sessions are a great way to see if we're a good fit for ongoing mentorship or to get targeted advice on your career.
