About this Session

In a casual, informal introductory call, a mentor will introduce themselves, show you around the platform, explain how our mentorships work, and explain how they would set up a mentorship with you.

This session is perfect if you're looking for a long-term mentor, but you're just not sure how this can work – or if you already set eyes on a specific mentor, and want to get to know them beforehand.

I’m an international recruiter with 10+ years of experience gained at Google, Meta, and a mix of Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller private firms.

I’ve had the privilege of developing a truly holistic view of recruitment — having hired talent across six different sectors (with a focus on Tech and Banking), in 10+ countries across EMEA (notably Switzerland and the UAE), and for 15+ functions spanning Tech, Financial Services, and Corporate/Business roles.

A long-standing expat, I’m Russian-Italian and have lived and worked in five countries over the past 15 years.
