If you're looking for a mentor, and you're just not sure about how this all works – this one is for you. In a casual, informal introductory call, a mentor will introduce themselves, show you around the platform, explain how our mentorships work, and explain how they would set up a mentorship with you.
This session is perfect if you're looking for a long-term mentor, but you're just not sure how this can work – or if you already set eyes on a specific mentor, and want to get to know them beforehand.
As a senior developer and tech lead in charge of hiring new devs for the teams I've worked for, with over 15 years of experience and having worked with many different technologies I have a lot of experience. With this call I will understand what is your current level, what are your needs and I will be able to evaluate if I will be a good mentor for you, or if by the contrary we can find someone who is more qualified than me in the case that what you need does not match my experience.
