Introductory Call with

An introductory call is a simple way to get to know a mentor before committing to ongoing mentorship. This session gives you the chance to ask questions, talk through your goals, and see whether the mentor’s background, communication style, and approach feel like the right fit for you. It is a low-pressure starting point designed to help you make a more confident decision.

You can use the call to share what you are working on, what kind of support you are looking for, and where you feel stuck right now. It is also a chance to understand how the mentor typically works with mentees, what kind of guidance they can offer, and whether there is a strong mutual fit. The goal is to leave the conversation with more clarity on your next step and whether you want to continue working together.

As a Engineer Manager with more than a decade and a half of experience in software engineering, I’ve interviewed and hired talent across the full spectrum, from startups to big tech. My background spans full-stack engineering, team leadership, and managing managers, so I bring both the technical depth and leadership perspective to evaluations and career guidance.

I’ve conducted hundreds of interviews for senior engineers and managers, designed hiring processes, and advised on building engineering teams. This means I can give you structured, actionable feedback whether you’re preparing for technical interviews, system design sessions, or leadership roles.

I usually conduct these sessions during weekday evenings CET and some weekend slots, but feel free to check my calendar for availability.
